I am gonna blame the UI for that one. I look left at the angle of the blocks, while clicking on the right to rotate them. I miss and place a block instead. then I fail to notice.

ColonelFazackerley Yep, the UI is whatever I could get working against a tight deadline, and now I'm too exhausted to fix it :-)
